With a reputation for exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail, Ana is committed to producing exceptional events that capture the essence of Punta de Mita. From private dinners and tequila tastings to weddings and corporate events, she collaborates closely with clients to ensure their visions come to life, custom tailoring every detail to create a singular experience in the perfect location. Bilingual and bicultural, Ana leverages her regional expertise and business savvy to serve local and international clients of The Agency. Having organized events throughout Mexico and Los Angeles, she has a track record for assessing the tastes and needs of a discerning international clientele and delivering superior results.
Ana got her start in the event planning industry organizing small dinners at Fouquet’s, a high-end French restaurant in Mexico City, where she learned the value of impeccable service and discretion for a host of VIP clients. After earning degrees in Hotel and Business Management, as well as International Event Coordination certifications, Ana jumpstarted her career in PR, management, and sales, developing close relationships with vendors and tastemakers throughout Mexico and abroad. Adept at understanding her clients’ needs and executing every aspect of an event, from vendor selection to breakdown, Ana is committed to producing memorable events that exceed her clients’ expectations.
In her free time, Ana enjoys practicing pilates and spending time with her family.
